Terms of service

Turnaround time is up to business days. Certificate of analysis will be sent by email to the customer and will be available on the client portal. All samples have to be received within 48 hours following sampling procedures. A sample could be refused if, for example:

• Has more than 48 hours
• Has been frozen
• Is not in appropriate containers
• Is received without appropriate information
• Has not been paid
• Has not the required volume.

If informations provided by the customer has to be modified after purchase, 25$ fees will be charge to customer.
